Bosutinib
A tyrosine kinase inhibitor that targets BCR-ABL and certain SRC kinases, used to treat chronic myelogenous leukemia in patients who have failed or are intolerant of prior therapies. By blocking the abnormal BCR-ABL protein, it slows the growth of leukemia cells. Gastrointestinal side effects are common, particularly early in treatment.
