Dapiprazole
An alpha-adrenergic blocker used as eye drops to reverse pharmacologically dilated pupils after ophthalmic examinations by constricting the iris sphincter muscle. It provides a faster return to normal pupil size compared to simply waiting for the dilation to wear off. Side effects include eye redness, burning, and stinging.
