Risankizumab
Risankizumab is a humanized monoclonal antibody that selectively binds the p19 subunit of interleukin-23 (IL-23), blocking its interaction with the IL-23 receptor and preventing downstream Th17 cell differentiation and pro-inflammatory cytokine production. It is approved for the treatment of moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, moderate-to-severe Crohn's disease, and moderate-to-severe ulcerative colitis.
