Troxerutin
Troxerutin is a semisynthetic flavonoid derived from rutin (a bioflavonoid from quercetin) that exerts venotonic, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant effects by reducing capillary permeability and fragility. It is used to treat chronic venous insufficiency, deep vein thrombosis, and related conditions such as edema and varicose veins by improving microcirculation and reducing inflammatory mediator release. Its antioxidant properties also protect against oxidative stress-mediated endothelial damage.
