Pheniramine
Pheniramine is a first-generation antihistamine of the propylamine class that competitively antagonizes H1 histamine receptors to reduce allergic symptoms, and also possesses anticholinergic and mild sedative properties. It is used in combination products for symptomatic relief of allergic conditions, common cold symptoms, and nausea.
