Piflufolastat
Piflufolastat is a small molecule ligand targeting prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) that is used as a radiotracer for PET imaging in prostate cancer and is under investigation for targeted radiotherapy applications in breast and pancreatic cancer. It binds with high affinity to PSMA, enabling highly specific tumor localization for diagnostic imaging and potentially for targeted radionuclide therapy.
