Amantadine
An antiviral and dopaminergic medication with dual uses: it was originally developed to prevent influenza A infection, and it also treats the symptoms of Parkinson's disease and drug-induced movement disorders by increasing dopamine activity and blocking NMDA glutamate receptors in the brain. It can reduce involuntary movements (dyskinesias) in Parkinson's patients.
