Bufexamac
A nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug that was used topically to treat inflammatory skin conditions including eczema and atopic dermatitis. It inhibits COX enzymes to reduce local inflammation and itching. It has been withdrawn in some regions due to reports of contact sensitization and the risk of worsening eczema with prolonged use.
