Novobiocin
An aminocoumarin antibiotic derived from Streptomyces that inhibits bacterial DNA gyrase, used to treat infections caused by Staphylococcus aureus and certain other gram-positive bacteria. It was also investigated in combination regimens for multidrug-resistant infections.
