Triprolidine
Triprolidine is a first-generation H1 antihistamine of the pyrrolidine class that competitively blocks histamine receptors to relieve symptoms of allergic rhinitis, urticaria, and the common cold. It produces moderate sedation and anticholinergic effects due to CNS penetration. It is commonly found in combination over-the-counter products with decongestants for symptomatic cold and allergy relief.
