Ozagrel
A thromboxane synthase inhibitor used in Japan to treat ischemic stroke and prevent thrombosis by reducing production of thromboxane A2, a potent promoter of platelet aggregation and vasoconstriction. It helps restore blood flow and prevents further clot formation in affected blood vessels.
