Hydrocortisone
A synthetic form of the naturally occurring glucocorticoid cortisol, used to treat a wide range of inflammatory and allergic conditions including asthma, eczema, rheumatoid arthritis, and adrenal insufficiency by suppressing immune and inflammatory responses.
