Crisaborole
A nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory ointment used to treat mild to moderate atopic dermatitis (eczema) in adults and children as young as three months. It works by inhibiting phosphodiesterase-4 (PDE4), an enzyme that promotes inflammation in the skin. It provides an alternative to topical corticosteroids without steroid-related side effects.
