Dactinomycin
An antibiotic-derived antineoplastic agent that intercalates into DNA and blocks RNA polymerase, preventing protein synthesis in cancer cells; used for Wilms' tumor, rhabdomyosarcoma, and gestational trophoblastic neoplasia. It is one of the oldest chemotherapy agents still in clinical use.
