Piperacetazine
Piperacetazine is a typical antipsychotic of the phenothiazine class that acts primarily through dopamine D2 receptor blockade in the mesolimbic and nigrostriatal pathways to reduce psychotic symptoms. It was used in the management of schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders, though it has largely been superseded by newer antipsychotic agents.
