Belantamab Mafodotin
An antibody-drug conjugate that links an anti-BCMA antibody to a cytotoxic agent, delivering the toxin directly to multiple myeloma cells that express the BCMA surface protein. When the conjugate binds BCMA, the toxin is internalized and kills the cancer cell.
