Nitrefazole
A disulfiram-like drug previously used as an aversion therapy to help maintain abstinence from alcohol by causing unpleasant reactions when alcohol is consumed. It inhibits aldehyde dehydrogenase, causing accumulation of acetaldehyde when alcohol is ingested.
