Ioxilan
This non-ionic, low-osmolality iodinated contrast medium is used for urography, angiography, and CT imaging. It provides good visualization of blood vessels and body structures with a favorable tolerability profile due to its low osmolality. As with all iodinated contrast agents, patients should be monitored for allergic reactions and kidney function should be assessed.
