Ramatroban is a dual thromboxane receptor (TP) and chemoattractant receptor-homologous molecule expressed on Th2 cells (CRTH2/DP2) antagonist that blocks both thromboxane A2-mediated bronchoconstriction and platelet aggregation, and prostaglandin D2-driven Th2 inflammatory responses.
