Chlorambucil
An alkylating chemotherapy agent that crosslinks DNA strands in cancer cells, preventing replication and causing cell death. It is used to treat chronic lymphocytic leukemia, Hodgkin's and non-Hodgkin's lymphomas, and Waldenström's macroglobulinemia. It is one of the oldest and most well-established oral chemotherapy drugs, though it has been largely superseded by newer targeted therapies.
