Cytarabine
A pyrimidine nucleoside analogue that interferes with DNA synthesis by inhibiting DNA polymerase, used primarily to treat acute myeloid leukemia and other hematologic malignancies. It is often given in high-dose regimens and can cause cerebellar toxicity.
