Ponatinib
A targeted therapy used to treat certain types of leukemia, particularly chronic myeloid leukemia and acute lymphoblastic leukemia, especially in patients whose cancer carries a specific genetic mutation called T315I that makes other similar medications ineffective. It works by blocking proteins that drive the uncontrolled growth of leukemia cells.
