Tositumomab
Tositumomab is a murine anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody used as part of radioimmunotherapy (Bexxar system), where it is combined with iodine-131-labeled tositumomab to deliver targeted radiation to CD20-positive B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma cells. The cold antibody component saturates non-tumor CD20 sites to improve biodistribution of the radiolabeled antibody. It was used for relapsed or refractory follicular lymphoma but was withdrawn from the market due to commercial factors.
