Sugemalimab
Sugemalimab is a fully human monoclonal IgG4 antibody targeting programmed death ligand 1 (PD-L1), used as an immune checkpoint inhibitor for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer and classical Hodgkin lymphoma. By blocking the PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitory axis, it restores T-cell antitumor immune responses that are suppressed by PD-L1 expression on tumor cells and the tumor microenvironment. It has demonstrated improved progression-free and overall survival in combination with chemotherapy.
