Ixekizumab
This interleukin-17A (IL-17A) antagonist monoclonal antibody is used to treat moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis. By blocking IL-17A, a key driver of the inflammatory skin and joint lesions in these conditions, it significantly reduces plaques, skin clearing, and joint inflammation. It is self-administered by subcutaneous injection.
