Vorinostat
This histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitor is used to treat cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL), a type of cancer affecting the skin, in patients whose disease has progressed or returned during or after two prior treatments. It works by blocking enzymes that regulate gene expression in cancer cells, promoting their death.
