Dasatinib
An oral BCR-ABL and Src family kinase inhibitor used to treat chronic myeloid leukemia and Philadelphia chromosome-positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia, including some cases resistant to imatinib. It also inhibits the Src kinase family, which may contribute to additional antitumor effects.
