Suloctidil
Suloctidil is a vasoactive compound with calcium channel blocking and anti-platelet aggregation properties, used historically in some countries for the treatment of peripheral and cerebral vascular insufficiency and claudication. It reduces vascular smooth muscle tone and inhibits platelet function, improving blood flow in atherosclerotic vessels. It has been withdrawn from many markets due to hepatotoxicity concerns.
