Systems Pharmacology (QSP)
QSPAn integrative approach that combines computational modeling, network biology, and multi-scale data (genomic, proteomic, clinical) to understand drug action at the systems level rather than single-target level. Systems pharmacology considers the entire biological network affected by a drug, including feedback loops, compensatory mechanisms, and pathway crosstalk. It is particularly valuable for complex multifactorial diseases.
