Olutasidenib
An inhibitor of mutant isocitrate dehydrogenase 1 (IDH1) used to treat relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia (AML) in adults with an IDH1 mutation. It works by blocking the abnormal enzyme, reducing production of the oncometabolite 2-hydroxyglutarate and allowing leukemia cells to mature normally.
