Technetium Tc-99m polyphosphate kit is a preparation of radiolabeled polyphosphate complexes used for bone scintigraphy and cardiac imaging, functioning similarly to other phosphate-based bone agents by adsorbing to hydroxyapatite in metabolically active osseous lesions.
