Tilmanocept is a radiolabeled receptor-targeted sentinel lymph node mapping agent consisting of a dextran scaffold conjugated with mannose residues (which bind CD206/mannose receptors on macrophages in sentinel lymph nodes) and DTPA chelators for technetium-99m radiolabeling.
