Bleomycin
A mixture of anticancer glycopeptides that damages cancer cell DNA, used to treat certain lymphomas, testicular cancers, and squamous cell carcinomas. It is also used in procedures to prevent recurrent pleural effusions. A significant risk is pulmonary toxicity, which can cause permanent lung scarring.
