Cabotegravir
An HIV integrase strand transfer inhibitor available in both oral and long-acting injectable forms. The injectable formulation represents a major advance, allowing HIV treatment or pre-exposure prophylaxis with once-monthly or every-two-month injections rather than daily pills.
