Topological Polar Surface Area (TPSA)
TPSAThe sum of surfaces of polar atoms (oxygen, nitrogen, and attached hydrogens) in a molecule. Predicts drug transport: TPSA < 140 A^2 suggests oral absorption, TPSA < 90 A^2 suggests CNS penetration.
