Technetium Teboroxime
Technetium teboroxime is a neutral lipophilic boronate complex that rapidly distributes in myocardium proportional to blood flow, used historically for rapid myocardial perfusion imaging with its fast washout kinetics requiring specialized rapid-acquisition gamma cameras. See technetium-tc-99m-teboroxime for complete pharmacological details. It is now largely replaced by newer myocardial perfusion agents with more favorable imaging characteristics.
