Rilonacept
A fusion protein that acts as an interleukin-1 blocker, used to treat recurrent pericarditis and certain rare inflammatory conditions called cryopyrin-associated periodic syndromes. It works by trapping IL-1α and IL-1β before they can bind to their receptors and trigger inflammation.
