Glucarpidase
A recombinant enzyme that rapidly degrades methotrexate in the blood, used to treat toxic methotrexate levels in patients with delayed drug clearance due to kidney dysfunction. It provides an immediate rescue when methotrexate accumulates to dangerous concentrations following high-dose chemotherapy.
