Obiltoxaximab
A monoclonal antibody that neutralizes the protective antigen component of Bacillus anthracis toxin, used as a prophylaxis and treatment for inhalation anthrax in combination with antibiotics. It prevents the anthrax toxin from binding to cell receptors and causing cellular damage.
