Buflomedil
A vasoactive drug used to treat peripheral arterial disease and symptoms of poor circulation, such as leg pain with walking. It works by relaxing blood vessel walls and reducing blood viscosity to improve tissue blood flow. It was withdrawn from several markets due to reports of serious cardiovascular and neurological adverse effects.
