Sorafenib
This multi-targeted oral kinase inhibitor blocks several proteins that cancer cells use to grow new blood vessels and divide, effectively cutting off tumor blood supply and directly slowing cancer cell proliferation. It is approved for liver, kidney, and thyroid cancers and is studied in bladder and breast cancers.
