Isosulfan Blue
This blue dye is injected near tumors during surgery to trace the lymphatic drainage pathway and identify sentinel lymph nodes, which are the first nodes most likely to contain cancer cells if the tumor has spread. Surgeons use this mapping technique to determine whether cancer has metastasized without removing all nearby lymph nodes.

作用机制
Selectively blocks angiotensin II type 1 (AT1) receptors, preventing the vasoconstrictive and aldosterone-secreting effects of angiotensin II. This results in vasodilation, reduced sodium retention, and decreased blood pressure.
