Sulindac
A non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug that reduces pain and inflammation by inhibiting prostaglandin production, used for arthritis, acute gout, and other musculoskeletal pain conditions. Research has also explored its potential to inhibit the growth of colon and other cancer cells through additional mechanisms beyond COX inhibition.
