Prazosin
Used to treat high blood pressure by relaxing and widening blood vessels, making it easier for the heart to pump blood, and is also used off-label to reduce nightmares and sleep disturbances associated with post-traumatic stress disorder. It can cause dizziness when standing up, especially with the first dose.
