Triprolidine Hydrochloride
Triprolidine hydrochloride is the hydrochloride salt of triprolidine, a pyrrolidine-class first-generation H1 antihistamine used for relief of allergic rhinitis, urticaria, and cold symptoms. It blocks histamine at peripheral and central H1 receptors, producing antiallergic and sedative effects. This salt form is widely used in combination cold and allergy preparations.
