Antibody-Drug Conjugate (ADC)
ADCA class of biopharmaceutical drugs that combine a monoclonal antibody specific to a tumor-associated antigen with a cytotoxic payload via a chemical linker. The antibody directs the conjugate to target cells, where internalization and linker cleavage release the cytotoxic agent intracellularly.
