Bromfenac
A nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug formulated as eye drops to reduce pain and inflammation following cataract surgery. It works by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes in the eye to block prostaglandin production. Its twice-daily or once-daily dosing schedule improves convenience for patients recovering from eye surgery.
