Thiotepa
This chemotherapy drug is used to treat certain cancers including bladder cancer, breast cancer, and ovarian cancer, and is also used in high doses to prepare patients for bone marrow transplantation. It works by attaching chemical groups to DNA strands in cancer cells, preventing them from dividing. It can be given intravenously or directly into the bladder.
