Propiomazine
Propiomazine is a phenothiazine derivative with sedative, anxiolytic, and antihistamine properties that blocks histamine H1 receptors, dopamine receptors, and muscarinic receptors to produce sedation and reduce anxiety. It is used as a premedication for anesthesia, for the short-term management of insomnia, and for sedation during minor procedures.
